How to use it?

Before going to bed, apply BEAUTY SLEEP to dry or damp hair, section by section, from mid-lengths to ends, and massage well. If you decide to apply it to wet hair, towel dry before starting. Leave it on overnight.

If desired, reapply as needed to dry hair for added nourishment the next day. You don't need to rinse it out the following morning. Just get up and go!
