Covered brands: Kérastase and L’Oréal Professionnel.

Conditions: the prices shown on the covered products already include the applicable discounts. No code is required.

Accumulation: cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional campaigns.

General campaign terms and conditions

Validity period and covered products

Each campaign is valid for the indicated period and only for the products expressly identified. Unless otherwise stated, it applies exclusively to purchases in the online store.

Prices and discounts

Prices are presented in euros and include VAT at the current legal rate.

When there is a price reduction, the promotional price and the applicable reference price are displayed on the product page, in accordance with current legislation.

The conditions for applying and accumulating discounts are indicated in each campaign. When a code is required, it must be entered before completing the purchase.

Availability

Campaigns are subject to the availability of the products covered. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer to present the available solutions, including a refund of the amounts paid for items that cannot be supplied, in accordance with legal terms.

Pricing or information errors

We strive to ensure that the prices, descriptions, and conditions presented are correct. Should a manifest typographical, descriptive, pricing, or calculation error be identified, we will proceed to correct it and, if an order is affected, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.

Any rectification or potential cancellation of an order will be carried out only when legally permissible, with the customer being informed and due amounts refunded. No amount higher than that accepted by the customer will be charged without their express consent.

Shipping costs

Unless expressly stated in the campaign, shipping costs follow the store's shipping policy. The applicable costs are displayed before the purchase is completed.
